long time no write, ay karamba.

so long since my last blog. i promise i'll make this a reaall good one. :)
so anyways my last blog was on the first of november, this is on the 10th of decemer. aahh im so sorry. but i dont know why im writing this when i could be wasting your precious time with fashion instead. not that im wasting it or anything.

so im in love with h&m, like, its my favorite store ever, i dont even get how its so amazing. yyou go in there and its like heaven on racks... and mannequins. :)

i am awfully excited on Blair Waldorf - Gossip Girl's outfit from one of the neswet episodes. Yellow dress with transparent floral black tights. i tried to find a picture but i couldnt find a single one, sighh.

but i need some new winter fashionnn items.
i recently got a new coat from h&m -- grey wool. lovelyyy.

heres some fashionable ideas, inspired from my favorite storee-


1. PICTURE PERFECT -
use greys and blacks to reflect the wintry enviroment around you, but add a little pop with an orange scarf, or a red beret. extra kudos to textured stockings :) remember, less is more in winter.


2. OH BOY, I DO LOVE BOOTIES -
mm, one of my favorite things, wether practicaly flat, a kitten heel, or 5 inch giants, these babys are the ripping of presents on christmas day .. fun, and exciting, the best part.
pair some booties, with colorful tights and a grey/black coat. a shorter, fuller coat will do you good to make your curves extra curvy, and your legs look miles long, but still even with your top half. just like below.





3. SHAKE IT UP, BUT DRESS IT DOWN.
three simple steps. one- transparent stockings, two- sweater dress, three- funky boots. baby, its hot. high fashion, but in a simple way.

Merry November, how was your halloween?

heyheyheeyy,
so its november, which means a whole month of style, snow and leaves. this means leg-warmers, tights, skirts, and to toss your fall sweater into the back of your closet and grab that wool coat you saved up all your monthly pay for.

so last night, as you know, was halloween. yeeeww, trick or treat.
i went to my aunts wedding.
she had the most beautiful dress.
and me, well i had the most amazing skirrt

i paired a high waisted h&m woven skirt - (can't find pictures)
a white lace quarter-sleeve shirt, tucked beneath the gorgeous skirtt.
some slightly metallic, transparent blue-purple nylons.
and heels with a ruffle down the front (finally found a pic)

anyways, im planningg, to go to TORONTO FASHION WEEEK, with my friend Rebecca Landsberg, STOKKKEEDD, becca, literally, has the most amazinnggg wardrobe ever, like Vintage-Boho-Hippy-Chic-High fashion, all in one, its amazing haha. but Toronto fashion week isnt for a long time, but still YIPEEEEE.
so anywaysss i was doing my usual fashion website checking. annddd, im really starting to like Gucci, like, i thought they were kinda weirdish before, (i dont know why, i know everyone thinks there amaaazzing), but now i just luuuurrvveee them. and Versace is really on my hot list right now too, may i add, this dress is beyond WOW.

Valentino: The Last Emperor

Valentino is, so many things. And I am going to be so sad once he retires, he has been my favorite designer ever since I was a little girl, reading fashion magazines and fantasizing about the day i would become big in this industry... *cough* hasn't happened yet..

Style Icon Of The Day - Angelina Jolie

Angelina Jolie is like, theeee queen. She's like the royalty of the red carpet. She is ssso mysterious, and that's why I love her, the way she carries herself, full of secrets, you can sense her mystery, and her sophistication, just from looking at a photograph.
Her style - is amazing. Always the most simple, beautiful things, to go with her mysterious, personality. Notice how she never wears alot of jewelery, that's because her personality and her mystery is all the accessories she needs.

At New York Fashion Week, the spring collections were all about individual expression, with architectural tailoring, playful peek-a-boo's and elegant layering.
Marc Jacobs, Vera Wang, Alexander Wang, Zac Posen, Narciso Rodriguez, Michael Kors, Donna Karan and Oscar de la Renta were only a few of many talented designers that poshed up the runways. Designer Ralph Rucci says, "we have to seduce women." Well, that they did - check out some pics.
Some of these styles included lattice, transparency, handcrafted, bright hues, shorts, volume and metallics.

Anne Hathaway rocked the red carpet at the Tony Awards 09 in a black, strapless dress by Oscar de la Renta that featured a feather print. Red satin heels and understated jewelry completed this look.
I just love how the dress has a sensual feel, because of the see through fabric at the bottom, but it's still very sophisticated. The red heels just give it a fun twist of playful.
